The Richland Community Prayer Network hosted the countywide observance of the National Day of Prayer at Central Park Gazebo in downtown Mansfield. This non-denominational assembly was held on Thursday, May 1st at 11:30 AM, and included a time of corporate prayer and repentance, and also included an inspirational message from the Bible, music from Mansfield Christian’s IMAGE youth choir, and a local band of musicians. We believed that this time was important to publically acknowledge the Creator of the universe and was a profound moment in our community’s history.
